Four years ago, best friends Hyla Nayeri and Adrien Bettio, then both 20, launched swimwear company 437 from their dorm room at Queen's University in Canada, investing $1,000 each. Designed to flatter all body types, the brand has amassed over 230,000 social followers and expanded into apparel. The all-female company is self-funded and has been profitable since its 2017 launch.
